It contains the following items: 1) Shaft Seal O-ring Replacement for O-30 P40 2) Volute O-ring replacement for O-299 P95 3) Pump Shaft Seal Replacement for PS-1000 AS-1000

Please note that this kit is not compatible with Polaris PB4-60 Booster Pumps with Serial Numbers beginning with "PB" and a manufacturing date on or after December 1, 2011. It is only suitable for the PB4-60, 3/4 hp Booster Pump with serial numbers prior to M12011001.
