Hayward Northstar Go Kit Pump Rebuild Repair Kit (for pre-2003 models)

To determine the year of your Northstar pump, the easiest way is to look at the lid O-ring or T-gasket installed in the lid. Prior to 2003, the lid O-ring is 3/16" thick. From 2003 through 2007, the lid features a T-gasket, which is flat with little grooves when looking at the lid. For 2008 and later models, the O-ring is 1/4" thick. Alternatively, you can call Hayward with the pump's serial number if it is legible by dialing (908) 355-7995.
